How long is a rental?+
Prices are per 3 days. Choose a start date at least 2 days ahead so we can deliver in time — longer rentals are billed in additional 3-day blocks.
How does shipping work?+
Items ship nationwide via Grab (Bangkok) or EMS. A flat ฿80 shipping fee covers both delivery and the prepaid return label.
Is my payment safe?+
Yes. Your payment is held securely by SWAP ME! and only released to the lender once the item comes back in good condition.
What if something doesn't fit or arrives damaged?+
Message us within 24 hours of delivery. If there's an issue with the item, returns are free and you'll get a full refund.
Is everything cleaned?+
Every piece is professionally cleaned or dry-cleaned by the lender between rentals and checked by our team.
