• If an item arrives damaged, dirty or very different from its listing, message us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are then free and you'll get a full refund.
• Late returns may be charged an additional rental block for each 3 days (or part) the item is late.
• If an item is lost or damaged beyond normal wear while with you, you may be charged a fair repair cost, up to the item's stated retail value. We'll show you the evidence and give you a chance to respond first.

• To lend you must apply and be approved. We verify your identity and bank details and may decline or remove a lender at our discretion.
• You confirm you own each item (or have the right to rent it out), that it's authentic, and that photos and descriptions — including condition — are honest and your own.
• Clean each item before every rental, ship it on time and respond to renters promptly.
• We charge a 15% commission on each completed rental. Earnings are paid to your bank account about 24 hours after a successful return.
• You can pause or remove listings any time; bookings already confirmed must still be honoured.
• You grant SWAP ME! a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing photos and text on our site and marketing while the listing is active.

• No counterfeit, stolen or unsafe items.
• No arranging rentals outside SWAP ME! to avoid fees.
• No harassment, discrimination or misleading content.
• Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service or scrape it.

We work hard to keep SWAP ME! running and listings accurate, but the service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Thai law, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the rental concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Thai law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and disputes go to the Thai courts. We may update these terms; we'll show the new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you before they apply. Continuing to use SWAP ME! means you accept the updated terms.
